Good racing today from Ascot and Haydock we have 6 bets in the 7 races.

1.50 Haydock BRAVEMANSGAME (NO BET) - Last years novice hurdle season included victory  in the Challow hurdle at Newbury. Made a winning start over fences with an impressive win at Newton Abbot last month. Gets 4lb from the more experienced ITCHY FEET who is the most likely candidate for the forecast.

2.05 Ascot DASHEL DRASHER - Loves it round here and completed a course and distance hattrick last time. Main rivals DEFI DU SEUIL and LOSTINTRANSLATION both have questions to answer.

2.25 Haydock STONEY MOUNTAIN E/W - Won this race in 2019 and is in great form having won a decent race ay Newbury 2 weeks ago. Only up 4lb for that win and should get involved again. Favourite ORBYS LEGEND is a big danger but needs to prove he stays this far.

2.40 Ascot BUZZ - Very progressive hurdler who reverted to the flat to land the Cesarewitch last month. Very much the one they have to beat. Expect him to come with strong challenge late on.

3.00 Haydock A PLUS TARD - Savils Chase winner who ran well for second in the Gold Cup last March and looks to be the one for the money. When the declarations were made I was looking to get him beaten in this but the one I was looking at, NEXT DESTINATION, is now a non runner. Course specialist and 3 times winner of this BRISTOL DE MAI has to be respected but ideally he needs rain. 

3.05 Ascot SULLY D'OC AA - Very progressive last season, wasn't on his A game 3 weeks ago on seasonal bow but that will have shaken off the cobwebs and much better expected today.

3.35 Haydock STRICTLYADANCER - In great form having won his last 2 starts. Up in grade but gets shed loads of weight from all of his rivals and is expected to continue to thrive.
