🔭 Focus on the "Consensus Method"

Hello

We hope you are well and if not stuck in work are looking forward to an afternoon of racing.

You may have noticed in our emails that we mention a ratings strategy called the "Consensus Method" and have possibly wondered what we are on about, we hope to address that here.

The "Consensus Method" is a strategy for selecting horses using our very own One Stop Ratings.

To qualify as a selection a horse needs to be top ranked on all four of our ratings

LR - Last Race
HS - Horse Score
SR - Speed Rating
OSR - One Stop Rating - this is our master rating.

Any races where 20% or more of the runners have incomplete data, i.e. no rating in two or more of the columns are eliminated.

Horses that are joint top ranked on any of the 4 ratings are eliminated.

Here is an example of a qualifier from today's racing.
